Nice local place with very good people. Excellent proactive communication about issues with car and staus of completion. They document everything they do so your receipt always lets you know your tire tread, brake linings etc. They also suggest next services based on age or condition of the car but do not try to sell you extra services. Only two experiences so far but they have both been 5 star.

Wow!! Such a great, super friendly shop!! I was greeted with the highest respect and introduced to just about everyone there!! I had a great experience after previously trying 2 other garages for service that day!! I’m so glad fate brought me to the Richmond Hill Napa garage today and will now continue to use this location and my number one choice!! Trustworthy service from people who really care!!

My husband made an appointment for my vehicle to be dropped off. I wasn't expecting for my car to have to stay long so I didn't have a ride. However, Mr. Jay gave me a ride home and educated me on a lot of information on the way! I was super thankful for the ride, I wish it was longer. Mr. Lee is the best person to have at the front because he makes you feel like family and that they'll do their best to take care of you. I'm glad I now have a place to go that I'm comfortable with. FYI: We choose this place because my husband asked Gemini to search for the best auto shop to assist with my brakes. Gemini called around and narrowed it down to 5. RH auto was #1 lol.

If you’re looking for auto repair services in Richmond Hill / Savannah / Ft. Stewart & HAAF, this is the place! We ran into unexpected car issues once arriving to town and Richmond Hill Auto Care saved the day. They were able to inspect our truck same day, identify the issues, order parts and have repairs completed in ~24 hours. Thankfully, and very unexpectedly, they were able to offer us a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop since we only had one car in town. We are beyond thankful for the care we received and are proud to recommend Richmond Hill Auto Care to anyone in the Low Country or traveling through the area.
